Our client is an established organization specializing in custom packaging (serving clients in confectionaries, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, etc.) and the ribbons industry - competition ribbons to be specific. To continue tp expand their presence in Ontario, they are looking to hire a Sales Representative to take charge of this key region. This strategic new role involves managing select existing accounts while actively pursuing new business in the packaging and ribbon sectors.

Supported by a strong internal team, you’ll focus on building relationships, closing deals, and driving growth across Ontario. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-potential market.

Advantages

    Starting at $60,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Ontario-based accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors (confectionaries, cosmetics, pharma, events, etc.).
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain competitive awareness and differentiate our offerings in a market with strong players.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities within Ontario.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in packaging, promotional products, or similar sectors.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of custom or luxury product sales.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Ontario.
