Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Southern Alberta
Our client is hiring in Calgary for a Permanent Fulltime Hybrid Rep calling on primary care, specialty care and other health care professionals throughout Southern Alberta. In this role you will promote and support physicians and other HCPs to safely prescribe products for improved outcomes in appropriate patients. This role is best suited to someone that possesses strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess business opportunities, a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills to engage customers, and a track record of success building credible relationships with HCPs, colleagues, and cross‑functional business partners.

- Build relationships with physicians and associated healthcare professionals by providing product education and information that enables informed decision making for their patients
- Effectively promote product to achieve/exceed business plan targets and KPIs
- Plan and implement educational and promotional programs based on customer needs and provide fair and balanced information related to therapeutic area and product
- Understand evolving clinic practice needs and constantly identify new opportunities to partner and/or bring value to practices within territory
- Complete and execute annual business plan and determine potential business opportunities in territory ensuring corporate objectives are achieved
- Maintain CRM administration in a timely fashion and meet internal reporting requirements
Candidates must possess a university degree in science or business with 3+ years of current pharmaceutical sales experience with a professional network within Southern Alberta. CCPE Basic Accreditation is preferred.
CompensationA highly competitive compensation plan incudes a generous salary (dependent on relevant experience from $100-125K), performance bonus plan, car allowance and gas card, travel expenses, and health benefits plan.
