- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
- Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, and educational events
- Utilize CRM to provide accurate forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong selling and negotiation skills
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Previous experience in technology, security, or a related industry background
- Strong technical background with experience in cameras and computer networks
- Design application capabilities
