TELUS is hiring for the Account Specialist (Hybrid) – Small Medium Business role. The Account Specialist is a self-starter who acquires new business by serving private‑sector companies. You are creative, resilient, and passionate about learning and exceeding sales goals, with a focus on delivering best-in-class client experiences and finding innovative solutions for business owners.

- Manage a full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing new clients
- Adopt various technology systems to drive efficiency and deliver better customer outcomes
- Deliver best-in-class customer experiences, build strong relationships, and influence decision-makers
- Actively listen to customers, conduct needs analyses, and quickly identify and recommend solutions that fit current and future needs
