You’ll be selling a high-value professional recruitment service in a fast-moving B2B market, partnering with organizations in a variety of sectors that value quality and trust. What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
  • Meet with business leaders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to client onboarding and account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics.
  • Stay current on industry trends and continuously refine your sales approach.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
    , ideally in professional services or consultative selling.
  • Proven success generating leads and closing new business.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and curiosity to learn.
  • Excellent communicator with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by achievement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Exposure to, or experience in, the oil & gas, mining, utilities, renewables, or similar sector is an asset.
