Support sales and product management activities and provide training with and in coordination with the distributor.
Responsibilities- Manage Direct Sales and support in the absence of a distributor
- Maintain and update the company CRM for the territory
- Identify and develop KOLs and a Centre of Excellence through Medical Education and support.
- Support the provincial distribution teams with sales calls, product demonstrations and case cover for key target customers identified by the distribution teams.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with current and potential customers.
- Generate increased sales revenue and profitability goals by utilizing health economic and Clinical Data
- Identify, segment & map key accounts and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Monitor, report, develop & elevate solutions to customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Organise and run Quarterly Business Reviews with the Distribution Partner along with the Sales Director
- Support other members of the Sales EURO Team
- Cooperate with internal cross-functional teams when required, including those in Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Quality Affairs, Customer Services, etc.
- Follow procedures according to the documented quality system, policies, as well as applicable laws and regulations
- Report nonconformities, product complaints and product feedback
- Handle, store and deliver any products according to instructions.
- Promote products following approved label guidance
