Overview

Position Title: Client Care Advisor

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: 4 hours/day, 6 days/week

• Saturday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
• Sunday-Thursday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Subject To Change)

Pay Structure: Commission Only

• $16.00 CAD for each qualified appointment that is both booked and attended

• $500.00 CAD per lead resulting in a signed restoration agreement with Avalon Construction.

Avalon Construction is seeking highly skilled, results-driven sales professionals to conduct door-to-door outreach in communities impacted by hail or storm damage. This role serves as the first point of contact with homeowners, requiring strong communication, objection-handling, and closing skills to educate homeowners on our process and schedule appointments with Senior Advisors.

The position begins with a two-week qualifying period
. Client Care Advisors who meet or exceed performance expectations may elect to advance into a Senior Client Care Advisor role.

• Engage with homeowners door-to-door in recently affected storm or hail-damage neighborhoods.
• Clearly explain our consultation and restoration services

• Schedule qualified appointments for our Senior Client Care Advisors.
• Distribute flyers throughout neighborhoods.
• Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details using our door knocking app.
• Take photos of residents' homes.

• Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Availability for evenings and weekends based on weather and demand.
• Previous door-to-door or sales experience
