We have an opening for Inside Sales at our Calgary Branch

• Communicate with customers primarily by phone and email
• Provide timely quotations and accurate order processing and delivery
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
• Process customer transactions such as orders and returns
• Educate customers about features and benefits of products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
• Communicating with Outside Sales people to update customer contracts and coordinate deliveries
• Assisting with select returns and warranties
• Prepare small to medium size job quotations
• Provide phone and email quotes to customers.
• Source and price product as per quote request.
• Maintain records of job quotes.
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

• You possess a strong mathematical aptitude
• You have good organizational and communication skills
• You are detail oriented in a deadline driven environment
• Your industry related experience is considered an asset
