The Role

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Housing, the Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales strategy, pricing, and market execution while leading and developing a high-performing multi-family sales team. This role plays a key part in achieving volume, margin, and market-share objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute market-responsive sales strategies aligned with financial and brand objectives
  • Drive sales performance across volume, margin, and absorption targets
  • Coach, develop, and lead the multi-family sales team
  • Partner with developers and internal stakeholders to support project success
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, forecasting, and sales programs
  • Leverage market intelligence to inform pricing and competitive positioning
  • Align with marketing on promotions, media plans, and sales initiatives

    • What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-family new home sales management
  • Proven success leading teams and delivering sales results
  • Strong expertise in pricing strategy, budgeting, and market analysis
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance metrics
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
