What you’ll do- Welcome customers, listen closely to their needs, and guide them through a transparent, needs‑based discovery and vehicle match process.
- Present trade‑in, financing, and accessory options clearly and professionally; collaborate with F&I to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct test drives and delivery orientations that build confidence and delight.
- Maintain timely follow‑ups and develop long‑term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
- Use our CRM and dealership systems to track leads, progress, and customer communications.
- A personable, professional style with proven leadership in automotive sales—or strong potential to grow quickly in a performance‑driven environment.
- Genuine passion for customer service and a reputation for doing the right thing.
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and coachability; you enjoy learning every day.
- Comfort with technology and CRM tools; organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
- Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract; AMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Daily training & strong mentorship from seasoned sales managers, plus a collaborative team of experienced salespeople.
