As a Salesperson at Shaganappi GM, you’ll help people find the right vehicle for their life and budget, while representing an award‑winning team with strong mentoring and daily training rhythms.

What you’ll do
  • Welcome customers, listen closely to their needs, and guide them through a transparent, needs‑based discovery and vehicle match process.
  • Present trade‑in, financing, and accessory options clearly and professionally; collaborate with F&I to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Conduct test drives and delivery orientations that build confidence and delight.
  • Maintain timely follow‑ups and develop long‑term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
  • Use our CRM and dealership systems to track leads, progress, and customer communications.
What you’ll bring
  • A personable, professional style with proven leadership in automotive sales—or strong potential to grow quickly in a performance‑driven environment.
  • Genuine passion for customer service and a reputation for doing the right thing.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and coachability; you enjoy learning every day.
  • Comfort with technology and CRM tools; organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
  • Valid driver’s licence and clean abstract; AMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain).
