Our newest location in Calgary, Alberta, brings our expert Glass Repair, Replacement, and Window Film Services to Western Canada — continuing our mission to help Canadians see clearer and live better.

We’re looking for a Client Solutions Advisor — a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives on helping homeowners, contractors, and businesses find the right glass solutions for their needs. You’ll be the trusted guide from inquiry to installation, ensuring every client enjoys a seamless, WOW experience.

• Serve as the first point of contact for residential and commercial clients — in person, by phone, and online
• Listen, understand, and diagnose client needs, recommending glass repair, replacement, or window film solutions
• Prepare detailed estimates, coordinate site visits, and schedule installation or service appointments
• Communicate clearly with clients throughout each project to ensure satisfaction and clarity
• Manage documentation, purchase orders, and scheduling in our CRM and operations systems
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize client value and strengthen relationships
• Participate in our Glass Solutions Career Pathway Training Program to advance your skills and career

• You’re friendly, articulate, and client-focused — you love solving problems and building relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage multiple clients and projects smoothly
• You have experience in customer service, inside sales, or project coordination, ideally in trades, construction, or home improvement
• You’re comfortable using technology (CRM, scheduling, quoting tools)
• You take initiative, follow through, and bring positive energy to the team

• Competitive Pay: $45,000 – $65,000+ with performance bonuses
