, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence, decking, and outdoor structure products is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Calgary.
The Inside Sales Associates work on the phone and at our branch's counter desk to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products.
Inside Sales Associate daily expectations include:
Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospect customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business.Calling the current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions.Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.This position has played an important role in advancing Master Halco toward attaining $1
Billion valuation in 2022. The sales team's success in generating sales and providing excellence in customer service builds Master Halco's future and maintains our 60+ year heritage in the building products industry.

Responsibilities
Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations plus, and informs Branch Manager.Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.Prepares job order quotations based upon customer requests and informationCommunicate by phone or email with customers from time of order to time of shipment.Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent work experience1-3 years of customer service / sales experienceExcellent phone and customer facing experienceStrong communication skills (verbal & written)Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required)
