Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, hybrid Salesperson role located in Calgary, AB. The Salesperson will be responsible for onboarding new customers and clients, generating business growth and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities for overall growth, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves closely coordinating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to identify and analyze market trends and create effective sales strategies.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools is an asset.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working in a dynamic on‑site environment.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for sales.
