Our customers – Over 120,000 customers in North America: manufacturers of kitchen and bathroom cabinets, storage and closets, residential and office furniture, residential and commercial woodworking, as well as hardware retailers including large renovation centers.

Our team – 3,000 people, of which nearly half are dedicated to sales and marketing and over 50% are Richelieu shareholders.

• Promptly assist customers via phone, email, and at the front counter. Address their questions, concerns, and issues.
• Process orders, provide follow ups, request forecasts, generate return authorizations, and promote products.
• Assist the sales team in sales initiatives, providing them with information and helping drive opportunities.
• Work as a team with the inside sales team to ensure the operation of the office, including tasks like filing and invoicing. Cross train, share responsibilities and ensure coverage for each other.>
• Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic attitude. Work to de‑escalate customer frustrations resolve customer complaints empathetically.
• Ensure continued learning, proactively studying product information, interpreting technical requirements, and participating in educational opportunities.
• Pick showroom orders from warehouse and assist with inventory/cycle count, when required.
• Maintain store shelves by observing displays, basic housekeeping, restocking items, and providing optimum display of products.
• Participate in all training, meetings, and certification as required.
• Be a leader in safety, participating in training and ensuring compliance in all health and safety procedures.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing and sales, an asset.

• High attention to detail, organized, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments while maintaining a high attention to detail.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Hands‑on commitment to getting the job done.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are distressed.
• Ability to lift up to a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
