Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

We are seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniform and facility service products, while building customer relationships and driving sales.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license in good standing for a regulated vehicle that weighs over 10,000 lbs.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, etc.).
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Self‑motivation, positive attitude, organizational skills, and a drive to achieve goals.
