Role Description

This is a Monday to Friday 2-8pm, on-site role for an Appointment Setter - Solar Sales located in Calgary, AB. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, generating leads, and ensuring effective communication with customers. Daily tasks include going into neighbourhoods to find customers, setting and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the solar industry or sales is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage
