2019ll be focusing:*
* Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs
Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures
Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries
Maintain Front End Department merchandise
Participate in the training of junior staff
Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards
Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required
