Description As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing makeup application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations), you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. You will also enjoy working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store maintains our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner-level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued;

- Provide makeup application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations and educate customers to deliver a personalized in-store experience.
- Support in-store events and contribute to achieving high standards of visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the store team to create a welcoming and inspirational environment for customers.
- Retail experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
Anticipated Hourly Range $17.80 to $28.50 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget). The Estée Lauder Companies offers benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. The Company maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on plan terms). You may be eligible to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan;
