Position: SALES ASSOCIATE (PART-TIME)
ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, natural connector to join the Herschel Supply Co.
Chinook crew as a Sales Associate. If you thrive on meaningful connections and delivering standout service, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As a key player on our retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, and elevated experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll report to our Store Management & Key Holders - but more importantly, you’ll help bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor.
This is a part-time, permanent position.

Greet every customer with a warm welcome and authentic energyUse your product know-how to guide, recommend, and inspireShare the stories behind our gear - highlighting features, benefits, and what makes it uniquely HerschelKeep our store looking its best: organized, clean, and fully stockedStay sharp on what’s in stock - on the floor, in the back, and onlineJump in on receiving and prepping new product deliveries (yes, those boxes can be hefty: 10-30 lbs!)Support with restocking, tagging, and sale prepKeep fitting rooms flowing and merchandise returned, sized, and ready for the next shopperRun transactions smoothly using our POS and mobile systemsStay curious - always learning about new drops, brand initiatives, and trendsJoin in on store events, team training, and anything else that keeps the vibe strongABOUT YOU

Part-time team members are expected to be available for opening and closing shifts at least three times per week, with availability on at least one full weekend day. Part-time roles are typically 24 hours or less per week, but additional hours may be available based on customer traffic and business needs.
WAGE BAND
$16.50 - $17.00 per hour depending on experience
