** COST Cannabis is looking for a motivated
** Keyholder
* * to support daily retail operations and lead by example on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone with retail leadership experience who enjoys coaching teams, delivering great customer experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.
** What You’ll Do
*** Create a welcoming experience for every customer
* Provide product recommendations and cannabis education
* Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep
* Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts
* Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
* Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including
** About You
*** Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience
* Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
* Cannabis selling certification (Selling It Right, Sell Safe, CRTP, CRWTP, or Can Sell)
* Minimum age requirement based on province (18/19+)
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
* Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check
