Job SummaryThe Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back‑of‑house product operations, and ensure both the floor and BOH are stocked and well‑organized. The role provides input to performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and serves as Supervisor on Duty while leading inventory shifts.
They also deliver a world‑class guest experience when working on the floor.
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
- Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
- Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
- Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun, productive atmosphere.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, e.g., analyzing sell‑through data for product focus or pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance and support learning and development with feedback, coaching, and recognition.
- Create a respectful, inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
- As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure guests receive technical product education and a world‑class experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Work schedule varies with store needs.
- Shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Peak times, special events, or other circumstances may require early morning, late night, or overnight shifts.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, planning, or logistics, including use of business technology.
- Experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others.
- High school diploma/GED or higher.
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience.
- Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

Base Pay Range: $23.75 - $27.33/hour (subject to minimum wage)
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
Total Target Base Pay Range: $25.75 - $29.33/hour
