Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more.

  Experience:
  
  Drive sales by using store data and feedback to exceed goals. Deliver a world-class customer experience, listen to customers, identify needs, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers’ day.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) and articulate these values in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge to confidently recommend products for diverse customer needs.
• Team Involvement: Use available resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and seek feedback and opportunities to improve.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, foster belonging, promote teamwork, and value each employee’s contributions.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain punctuality and reliability, keep the store visually appealing, adjust product displays based on sales, and adhere to opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety policies.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Chinook Centre Pay: $17.50 CAD
