Market Research Analyst
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Market Research Analyst for an immediate‑start, 6‑month contract. This role is preferably based in Calgary, though candidates across Canada will be considered. The analyst will support our customer’s marketing team by researching, analyzing, and communicating market data on the use and benefits of their product. The focus will be on identifying key customer segments—such as government agencies, fire management organizations, and commercial operators—and quantifying the economic, operational, and societal value of the solution, including wildfire costs and the benefits of aerial firefighting products.

- Experience in market or strategic research; aviation, aerospace, or public‑sector, defense, environmental experience is an asset
- Ability to analyze complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Experience researching government or public‑sector markets preferred
- Proficiency with research tools, data
-sources, and presentation software - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple research projects
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, economics, data analysis, or a related field
· Knowledge of aviation markets, aerial fighting, or emergency response operations - · Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis, economic impact studies, or policy research
- Experience working with international markets and public procurement processes
