• Client Engagement:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Market Expertise:
  Stay informed on market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide expert advice to clients.
• Property Listings:
  Create and manage property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs.
• Property Showings:
  Schedule and conduct property tours to showcase homes to prospective buyers.
• Negotiation:
  Facilitate and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Transaction Management:
  Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth handling of all legal, financial, and administrative details.
• Compliance:
  Ensure all transactions adhere to local, provincial, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
• Networking:
  Build a strong professional network of mortgage brokers, contractors, and other industry professionals to support client needs.

The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset.

• A valid real estate license through RECA.
• Experience in real estate sales or rentals (preferred but not required).
• Strong knowledge of local property markets and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A self-driven, goal-oriented attitude and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• A willingness to learn and be coached by some of the brightest minds in the industry.
