This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Licensed Condo Manager located in Calgary, AB. The incumbent will oversee the daily operations of various condominium properties, ensuring smooth management while building strong relationships with board members and residents. Responsibilities include managing budgets, handling owner inquiries, facilitating regular maintenance and repairs, enforcing condo bylaws, and coordinating community meetings. The Licensed Condo Manager will play a critical role in maintaining high‑quality condominium operations and addressing community concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Strong property management expertise, including knowledge of condominium bylaws and budget management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with condo boards, owners, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in organizational skills, conflict resolution, and problem‑solving
• Familiarity with maintenance and vendor management processes
• Leadership abilities to manage multiple projects and guide teams effectively
• Valid Alberta real estate license or condominium management designation, or eligibility to obtain
• Proficiency in relevant property management tools and software is an asset
