Nuclear Quality Assurance Manager
We are looking for a Nuclear Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Edmonton.
Location:
Edmonton, AB. Relocation to Edmonton, AB expected within 6–8 months of hire if from Brantford, ON.
Salary range: $103,900 - $150,099 plus bonus opportunity.

- Oversee, implement and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems and activities to ensure efficient operation and compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Evaluate applied methods and procedures for process controls. (20%)
- Establish, monitor, and improve quality assurance processes and metrics. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards. Review and disseminate regulatory reference information that may affect the operation of the quality assurance unit or other areas. (20%)
- Report the status of compliance with applicable regulations and standards that relate to studies.
- Enhance quality system effectiveness and continuous improvement through identifying compliance risks, developing action plans, and project reporting and closure. (15%)
- Review quality management inspection reports to assess findings, responses, and need for follow-up activities. (15%)
- Serve as a key contact for inspections and provide input for responses to those inspections. Serve as an internal consultant for system validation projects. (15%)
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize.
- Professional certification in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or related field.
- Applied knowledge of Quality Tools (e.g., Six Sigma, PFMEA).
