TSG STAFFING SERVICES is currently recruiting for an ASSET INTEGRITY INSPECTOR for a Medicine Hat area-based opportunity to work in an operating plant environment.
Job Description:- Plan, coordinate, and oversee Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) activities on pressure equipment and related systems.
- Perform inspections of pressure equipment, piping, and fabrication processes to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and the Pressure Equipment Integrity Manual (PEIM). Develop clear, visually effective reports that track key performance metrics.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections, verify documentation, and track deficiencies to closure. қос-communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, engineers, operations, and inspection teams.
- Support owner-side integrity programs, including equipment rerates, risk-based assessments, and fitness-for-service evaluations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on inspection methodology, code compliance, and equipment integrity.
- Occasionally pilgr fill in for the Chief Inspector, providing leadership and technical oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in QA/QC or asset integrity roles at owner‑operated sites.
- Mechanical छुट background with CWB Level 1 Welding Inspector certification and API 510 certification.
- Additional certifications such as National Board, API 570, API 580, API 653 are an asset.
- Strong knowledge and experience applying PEIM on owner‑site projects.
- Proven ability to communicate technical information to stakeholders, engineers, and operations personnel. memory a>
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with integrity software is a plus.
- Must live within 60 km of site or willing to relocate.
