The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is offering Full-time/ Part-Time Seasonal Greenskeeper positions for the duration of the 2026 golf season. Start and end dates are negotiable, but the golf season typically runs from late April to late October with the potential to work further into the season depending on the weather and the candidate’s experience. As a Greenskeeper on the Turfcare team, you will assist in the daily maintenance of all golf course areas for daily play, such as mowing, bunker raking, course cleanup, and course set up.

• Operation of various walk & ride-on mowers
• Course maintenance through string trimmers and backpack blowers
• Assistance with daily course set up & associated tasks
• Detail work ensuring course clean-up and presentation
• Preparation and maintenance of bunker

• Must have a positive attitude and have a willingness to learn new skills and methods
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment, maintaining quality and working effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks (raking, weeding, shoveling, walking)
• Must be comfortable lifting heavy supplies weighing up to 40lbs and performing the duties of the position throughout the shift, including in inclement weather
• A valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation as there is no public transportation available to our location

These are seasonal full-time and part-time positions that report to the Senior Assistant Superintendents. Shifts vary from early morning to evenings throughout the week and weekend, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
