Requirements
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
- Previous experience in snow removal and lawn care, or related fields is required.
- Operate equipment to cut grass.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow lawn maintenance efforts efficiently.
- Efficiently lead a crew and drive a company work vehicle safely through our list of lawn services.
- Examining equipment on a routine basis to inspect for damage or worn parts.
