Glamorgan Animal Clinic is currently welcoming a full-time Veterinary Reception Client Care to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an organized, motivated, and empathetic individual to play an important support role for the entire hospital. In this role, you will help our clients and their pets feel welcomed and appreciated!

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and pet parents
• Answer a multi-line phone system and track and schedule appointments effectively
• Place outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings
• Respond and manage email correspondence with clients, referring veterinarians, and internal office messages
• Admit and discharge pet patients
• Invoicing/billing; create estimates, obtain pet owner confirmation, and process payments
• Perform general housekeeping duties; maintain cleanliness of the reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas
• Show willingness to learn more about veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assist the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
• Previous customer service or front‑desk experience in hospitality is an asset
• No experience with animals is required, as long as you love pets
