As aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide essential patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.

Your role will focus on supporting patients' daily needs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily care of patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, while ensuring comfort and dignity.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for side effects and effectiveness.

Observe and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records (EHR).

Work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and support treatment plans.

Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies.

Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate care environment.
