A leading non-profit organization in Alberta is looking for an Employment Retention Specialist to provide on-site job support for clients and facilitate their transition into stable employment. You will collaborate with employers and help increase job retention while advocating for clients facing barriers. The role requires strong communication skills, a relevant post-secondary education, and experience working with individuals with disabilities.
A hybrid work model is offered, with a starting salary between $52,000 and $56,000 per annum.
