Are you curious, creative and have a huge willingness to learn? Are you comfortable with Canva, Flo Desk, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, or other mobile editing tools for short-form content?
This role is in-person at our Calgary HQ, supporting our Marketing team as we bring new products, campaigns, and storytelling to life! You’ll work to help create content, organize campaigns, support product launches, and keep marketing projects moving. If you love brands, food, storytelling, and being part of the action, this is a pretty great place to start.
This is a full-time role from April to August 2026, designed for a Marketing Student who wants hands‑on experience inside a fast‑growing CPG company. Hourly wage: $19.65
WHO YOU AREYou’re someone who naturally notices moments worth capturing and turning into content. You enjoy talking to people, filming spontaneous clips, and bringing energy to the camera. You move quickly when inspiration strikes. When you see a great moment, a trend, or a funny idea, your instinct is to grab your phone and capture it.
You have a good eye. You notice great design, follow brands you admire, and pay attention to how products show up in the world, from packaging on a shelf to the way a brand tells its story online. Your camera roll probably has plenty of photos of food, places, and moments you thought looked cool.
You’re creative, but you’re also organized. You like bringing ideas to life, and you understand that great work comes from preparation, follow‑through, and attention to detail.
You’re comfortable learning by doing. One day you might be filming content on the production floor, another day you’re editing a Reel, organizing assets, prepping influencer packages, or helping support a product launch.
Most importantly, you’re a great teammate. You ask thoughtful questions, take feedback well, and show up ready to help. If people describe you as curious, dependable, and someone who gets things done, you’ll fit right in.

YOUR MISSIONReporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with the Product & Brand Commercialization Manager, the Social Media and Content Creation Intern helps bring marketing initiatives to life across retail, food service, and fan experiences.
You’ll support the creation of content, help prepare materials for product launches, assist with sampling programs and influencer outreach, and help keep marketing projects organized and moving forward.
This role sits at the intersection of content, storytelling, and execution. It’s hands‑on, collaborative, and built for someone who wants to learn how marketing works from the inside.
A DAY IN THE LIFE: YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation & Video ProductionCreate short‑form video, photo, and graphic content that brings the Righteous story to life across Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social media platforms.
Capture authentic behind‑the‑scenes moments featuring our team, production process, and product development work.
Film and edit high‑energy short‑form video (Reels, Tik Tok‑style) designed to drive impressions, engagement, and brand discovery.
Be comfortable appearing on camera, interviewing teammates, and showcasing the people and personalities behind the brand.
Work with our CEO and leadership team to capture behind‑the‑scenes content that shares the Righteous origin story and brand journey.
Assist with preparing digital creative assets used in paid campaigns across platforms like Meta and Instacart.
Social Media Management & Community EngagementHelp monitor and engage with the Righteous community by responding to comments, messages, and fan interactions in the Righteous brand voice.
