** Key Responsibilities
*** Develop and execute integrated media plans across online and offline channels.
* Translate client objectives into actionable media strategies.
* Partner with strategy, content, and analytics teams to align messaging and targeting.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
* Build relationships with media partners to identify new opportunities and innovations.
* Support the Media Director in driving best practices and operational excellence.
** Requirements
* ** 3–5 years of experience in integrated or digital media planning.
* Strong understanding of audience targeting, media metrics, and performance analysis.
* Proficiency in tools such as Media Ocean, Prisma, or similar platforms.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Passion for emerging media channels and evolving consumer behavior.
