Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Strategy
Serve as the senior, day-to-day strategic lead and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts. Building long-term client relationships that extend beyond individual projects.
Lead client communications, meetings, workshops, and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
Guide advertising, brand, and communications strategies that align with client business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
Proactively manage expectations, navigate complexity, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Account, Project & Website Oversight
Lead projects across integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, and website design and development engagements.
Develop and manage scopes of work, including assumptions, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
Lead scope change conversations and ensure commercial implications are clearly documented, approved, and managed.
Monitor forecasting and billing in partnership with agency leadership.
Identify opportunities for organic account growth, optimization, and additional value creation.
Strategic Contribution & Creative Advocacy
Provide senior-level guidance on brand, campaign, and communications strategy.
Ensure integrated thinking across creative, digital, media, PR, and paid channels.
Provide clear, constructive feedback that elevates creative output while helping clients understand and buy into strong creative thinking.
Bring a strong understanding of performance metrics, analytics, and measurement to client conversations.
Internal Leadership & Agency Contribution
Mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, supporting their growth in client leadership, project management, and strategic thinking.
Foster strong collaboration across creative, digital, production, and partner teams.
Act as a strong ambassador for Trigger, upholding our values, standards, and reputation.
Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in an advertising, digital, or integrated communications.
Proven track record managing complex marketing, creative, and website projects.
Strategic planning or marketing strategy experience is an asset.
Related university degree or relevant diploma.
