The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives, executing campaigns, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, is comfortable leveraging AI tools, and can thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Experience marketing new technology products and working in global markets is considered an asset.

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
- Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, emails, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools to generate creative content, graphics, and video assets to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Managing digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and online content promotion.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics using analytics tools to optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.
- Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for marketing strategies, target audience segmentation, and product/service positioning.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Develop and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, sales materials, and product documentation.
- Planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and follow-up activities to maximize event ROI and lead generation.
- Post-secondary education with a full understanding of industry, company and customer sales principles.
- Degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations with at least three years’ experience.
- Minimum 3 years global marketing experience
- Experience marketing new technology products is an asset.
- Proficient in Canva and experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Knowledge of Share Point
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Understanding of client/server and Web services applications an asset.
