• Execution of Koufu’s marketing communication initiatives that are aligned with Brand positioning and philosophy.
• Plan and implement marketing programs/events while liaising with internal (Operations, Graphic Designers) and external parties (landlords, community partners).
• Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of each project / launch.
• Work collaboratively with in-house or external design agencies to execute designs.
• Manage content calendar and community engagement with external social media agency to ensure brand awareness, and timelines for execution of campaigns are on track and met.
• Copywriting and proofreading creative copy and production of marketing collaterals, online content, presentation materials, etc.
• Attending to customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints through phone calls, emails and social media platforms.
• Investigating and solving customers' problems by working with operations team for complaints.
• Analyse and report on complaints; initiating corrective actions.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

• Degree in Business or Communications with strong focus in Marketing.
• Experience in brand management of consumer goods or in F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Pleasant disposition, positive and assertive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast moving and highly challenging environment.
