This role starts with a strong foundation in SEO—you'll learn how to get content to rank, build organic traffic, and hit growth targets. Over time, you'll gain exposure to other areas of digital marketing like SEM, organic socials and analytics.

Responsibilities:
Conduct SEO keyword research and use it to develop high‑performing content strategies
Write comprehensive landing pages, blog articles, and thought leadership content on a variety of topics
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short‑form videos (e.g. product explainers, social clips, tutorials)
Adapt tone, format, and storytelling for each platform (blog, You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.)
Collaborate across departments to align video and written content with client goals
Use SEO tools to monitor traffic and content performance, including video analytics
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and reporting for SEO and social media campaigns
Help clients reach their traffic and brand awareness goals through data‑driven, evergreen content
Required Skills & Traits:
Experience writing for the web (long‑ and short‑form content, infographics, or interactive media)
Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g. Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
A love for learning and an eye for SEO details (even if you’re still mastering the technical parts)
Goal‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects and timelines independently
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with a team
Detail‑oriented, especially when it comes to grammar, structure, and formatting
Good‑to‑have
Skills:
Intermediary SEO knowledge with a working knowledge of SEO tools and how they can be used to improve client websites.
Experience working with clients and/or in an agency environment.
Confidence in front of camera (optional but a plus!)
1–2 years of experience in a digital agency or as a content creator
