Location is flexible, within Alberta, dependent on the successful applicant.
There will be a requirement to travel to Lacombe a minimum of once per month.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Communications and Marketing, the Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for the collaborative development, implementation, and management of marketing communication strategies and campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement, creating content (digital, print, social) to align with business goals and track performance metrics. Key duties include content creation, campaign management and ensuring consistent brand and product messaging across all channels.

What will you be responsible for?
- Plan, create, edit, and publish content across email, social, web, marketing materials and video in collaboration with communications and brand specialists.
- Define KPIs and report on performance across channels with actionable insights
- Monitor industry and audience trends to identify emerging issues and opportunities
- Support and promote the AFSC brand.

Qualifications:
- University Degree with one (1) year of related experience or
- College Diploma with three (3) yeas of related experience
Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and experience.
