About the Role

As Client Experience Manager, you will take the helm of several client accounts and create fundraising strategies that drive results. You’ll collaborate closely with the team and clients to achieve tangible outcomes, guiding them through integrated campaigns, web strategy, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the marketing strategy for integrated campaigns for clients that include components such as direct mail, email marketing, digital advertising, web strategy, and CRO.
  • Work with the team to develop CRO strategies, digital ad campaigns, email automation and campaigns in shoulder seasons.
  • Develop hypotheses for A/B tests to improve campaign results and roll them for clients in a variety of marketing channels.
  • Develop the annual strategy and marketing roadmap for clients, covering direct mail specs, email deployments, digital ad budgets, email automation, and website experimentation.
  • Write strategies for integrated campaign plans to set the direction for annual fundraising campaigns and programs.
  • Lead bi‑weekly meetings with clients to ensure projects stay on track, gather feedback, and, when needed, manage conflict.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, questions and feedback to clients to keep their fundraising program on track.
  • Work closely alongside Generosity X’s Lead Strategist to understand data insights, drive strategy, and support client revenue growth.
  • Co‑deliver web‑based (Zoom) and in‑person presentations, leveraging client values and objectives.
  • Manage client relationships and find ways to bring unique value so that the organizations placing trust in us experience generosity.
  • Adopt a “teach first, act second” attitude so clients remain in control of their own fundraising success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of fundraising experience.
  • Willingness to travel when required (approximately 15% of the role/time).
  • Strong curiosity and ability to ask the right questions.
  • Passion for fundraising and marketing as a means to help organizations grow.
  • Experience partnering with clients to understand their goals and create a vision to bring those goals to life.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary $55,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Paid vacation: two weeks, plus extra time off from December 25 to December 31.
