At Sweat Pants Agency, we are hiring a performance media buyer who can drive growth across Meta and Tik Tok ads for DTC and ecommerce brands.
This role is for someone who can run paid media and also think like a marketer.
You will build testing roadmaps, guide creative strategy, communicate with clients, and help us scale what works.

Requirements You have proven performance marketing resultsTrack record managing paid media accounts with real spend
Experience with DTC and ecommerce brands (preferred)
Strong understanding of testing and scaling
You are a strategist, not a robotYou challenge assumptions and adapt fast
You do not blindly follow "best practices"
You can explain what you are doing and why
You understand creative is the leverYou can build a creative testing roadmap
You can pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and ad comments
You can work with editors to create winning ad variations
You can help source actor talent when needed
You can diagnose the full funnelYou can spot whether performance issues are offer, creative, or conversion
You can give clear CRO suggestions to improve landing pages
You can think beyond the ad account
You communicate clearly and leadYou can confidently speak with clients
You can present plans, results, and next steps
You stay calm, clear, and proactive
You have ownership and urgencyYou act like it is your money
You move fast and follow through
You do not wait to be told what to do
