As Senior Marketing Manager,you’llbe the steward of the brand across Canada.

You’lllead how it shows up — in restaurants, campaigns, partnerships, and guest experiences — ensuring consistency while continuing to evolve what the brand stands for as the business expands.

This role is ideal for amarketerwho loves being close tothe work, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants real influence over how a beloved consumer brand comes to life.

As the Senior Marketing Manager you will...
  • Execute thebrand strategy across all channels, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling presence nationwide
  • Lead integrated brand and marketing initiatives — from seasonal campaigns to long-term brand storytelling
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging align across restaurant environments, digital, social, PR, and partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns from concept through execution
  • Translate brand strategy into practical tools and guidelines that teams can actually use
  • Analyze performance and guest insights to refine messaging andoptimizefuture initiatives
  • Support new initiatives and growth opportunities while protecting what makes the brand special
You have...
  • 3-5 years of brand or marketing experience leading consumer-facing brands
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with execution — you can think big and get things done
  • Confident partnering cross-functionally and influencing without ego Fluent in brand storytelling, campaign development, and integrated marketing
  • Organized, decisive, and energized by environments that move quickly
  • Someone who understands thatgreat brandsare built through experience, not just messaging
  • Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands is a strong asset.
Additional details:

💰 $80,000–$90,000 base salary + performance bonus+ extended health benefit sand three weeks vacation

📍 Full-time, in-office, Calgary, Alberta (downtown office)
