About the RoleWe are hiring a Full‑Stack Marketer to build and run Headversity’s marketing programs across campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can execute across core marketing programs, own day‑to‑day delivery, and bring consistency to how marketing supports pipeline creation and deal progression. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success and play a key role in refining how we communicate value to HR, Talent, and Safety leaders.
What You Will Do Drive demand and pipeline support- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support pipeline creation with HR, Talent, and Safety leaders
- Develop content and materials that support outbound, inbound, and follow‑up activity
- Maintain core sales enablement materials including decks, one‑pagers, and case‑style proof points
- Track performance across campaigns and channels and refine programs based on results
- Own Headversity’s events strategy and execution, including conferences, webinars, and owned events
- Plan and deliver webinars that support pipeline creation and engagement with HR, Talent, and Safety leaders
- Manage sponsor ships, logistics, timelines, and coordination
- Support pre‑event promotion and disciplined post‑event follow‑up in partnership with Sales
- Own day‑to‑day marketing execution across the website, landing pages, forms, and email campaigns
- Ensure leads are captured, routed, and followed up on consistently
- Maintain clean data, basic reporting, and visibility into marketing performance
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to keep messaging and materials aligned
- Share insights from campaigns, events, and webinars to improve positioning and go‑to‑market execution
- Support consistent communication of Headversity’s value and outcomes across teams
- Experience executing across B2B marketing programs, including campaigns, events, webinars, content, website, and sales enablement
- Strong ownership and follow‑through in hands‑on roles with a high degree of autonomy
- Operational discipline across planning, execution, and reporting
This role sits at the center of Headversity’s next stage of growth. You will help build a marketing foundation that supports how organizations discover and engage with proactive mental health training, and strengthens how Headversity goes to market.
