Job Description

You will be involved in preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC machinery, cranes, and rotating machines, ensuring their optimal performance.

This role requires a strong electrical focus, as you'll be tasked with working on circuit boards, live wires, and various electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machinery, cranes, and rotating machines.
• Utilize hand tools and manuals to ensure proper maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Perform tasks such as taking apart, cleaning, and reassembling equipment, greasing mechanical parts, and completing predictive maintenance.
• Engage in various facility tasks, including circuit board work, rewiring machines, and replacing electrical parts.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical and electromechanical experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing machines.
• Knowledge of hand tools and good safety practices.
• Manufacturing experience with low supervision required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
• PLC experience.
• Journeyman/apprenticeship or equivalent education/ticket.
• Ability to make predictive maintenance decisions.

Work Environment

Work in a gas cylinder production shop serving industries like alternative fuels and medical applications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALGARY, AB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in CALGARY, AB.
