General DescriptionManufacturing Associates support the daily operations of our production area by operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. In this role, you will work primarily on the Threaded Rod cell and U‑bolt bending equipment, contributing directly to meeting daily production targets. As you progress, you will have opportunities to develop new competencies and become cross‑trained across multiple production lines to support business needs.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Comfortable with manual handling of steel and metal products
- Ability to read production cards, work orders, and technical documents
- Competent in using measuring tools (e.g., measuring tape, gauges) to verify specifications
- Clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and meet production targets
- Manipulate, carry and/or lift 10–55 lbs of steel materials for threading, bending, forming, and assembly
- Operate equipment in the Threaded Rod cell, including threading machines, single and double chamfer, shear and related tooling
- Operate the U‑bolt bender to form steel rods into precise shapes and dimensions according to specifications
- Load heated or cold metal pieces into process equipment for shaping and forming
- Operate presses, forming machines, and other production equipment as required
- Perform initial part inspections and in‑process quality checks using measuring tools
- Identify and communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, or process deviations
- Participate in troubleshooting, continuous improvement activities, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Industrial manufacturing environment with elevated noise levels
- Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, snow) depending on work area
