What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent production, while supporting continuous improvement and housekeeping initiativesPerform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting; identify and report mechanical or operational issues to maintenance and managementEnforce safety, environmental, and quality procedures by conducting daily safety meetings, hazard assessments, and site inspectionsProvide hands-on supervision and support to crushing crew members, equipment operators, and labourers to maintain material flow, quality, and production targetsTrain, mentor, and support crew members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivityWhat Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate mining and aggregate equipment in a production environmentStrong commitment to safety, leading by example and consistently following procedures to promote a positive safety cultureMechanical aptitude with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic equipment issuesPhysically capable, dependable, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a demanding, fast‑paced settingProven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with experience in aggregate operations (including cone crushers, jaws, screens, and conveyors) and a preference for prior leadership experienceConditions of Employment
