What You'll Be Doing
Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.Inspect and maintain welding tools and machinery to ensure safety and functionality.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support plant reliability.Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated proficiency in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick.Ability to interpret technical documents and apply welding specifications accurately.Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.Conditions of Employment
