Heidelberg Materials is seeking a responsible, safe, and dependable Articulating Truck Operator to join our local team. As a Haul Truck Driver you are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of aggregate materials around our Spy Hill Agg Operation in Calgary.

What You'll Get To Do
Operate the haul truck to transport rock products to the plant and stockpiles as directed
Utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and minimize wear and down time
Operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (ie. Water Truck, Loader)
Work in all areas of the plant as needed
Report mechanical or maintenance issues with equipment
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures; perform daily equipment inspections, as well as identify and assist in correcting unsafe conditions
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years prior haul truck (or other large mobile equipment) experience preferred
Previous experience in open pit mining operations and aggregate products is an asset
Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
