Schedule(s) available: 8am - 5am, Mon - Friday, this may occasionally vary depending on operational needs.

What you will be doing:
We are looking to add Machine Operators to our growing production team. As a Machine Operator, you will work on semi-automated packaging and bottling lines. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, performing changeovers and doing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on the machines.

Our Machine Operators pay attention to detail, have good problem-solving skills and are able to monitor and operate the machines. It’s important to us that you respect safe working practices and keep your workspace clean.

Here are the responsibilities for this role:

• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality of production while focusing on minimizing downtime;
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and escalate problems to the supervisor;
• Perform change over and troubleshooting when required;
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times;
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices.

Requirements and qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 months experience with automated machines (an asset);
• Experience in troubleshooting (an asset);
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
• A willingness to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time;
• A willingness to work in a cold workplace (0 to +4 degrees).
