Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mill worker / Custom Exhibit Worker to join our Calgary team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a background in fine woodworking, cabinet building, or mill working who is passionate about creating high-quality, custom-built exhibits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute drawings, blueprints, CAD files, and designs provided by our design team.
• Collaborate with management to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Work closely with other team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Build custom cabinetry, millwork, and exhibit components with precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in fine woodworking, cabinet building, or mill working.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
